The core of our picnic platter focuses on fresh, homemade, healthy food that will help you stick to your slimming plan whilst enjoying a day out in the sun (fingers crossed for a good summer!)
Even if you're not following a slimming plan or healthy eating regime they are still packed full of delicious food and you can add some 'sinful' traditional picnic items if you'd like to!
Saintly Picnic Platter for 2 includes:
Bacon, mushroom & tomato fritatta
Cajun chicken cocktail sticks
Low fat potato salad
Tomato & basil pasta salad
Homemade beetroot houmous and crudites
Smoked mackerel pate and melba toast
Fruit, marshmallow and popcorn cups
Choose to add our seafood platter salad to 'luxe up' your picnic with salmon, prawn, boiled egg and mixed salad or add some treats with your choice of scotch eggs, pork pie, sausage rolls, cheese and crackers, mini cupcakes and sandwiches. Sandwiches can be made on small white or wholemeal rolls from Avenue Bakery and filled with your choices of ham, cream cheese, cheese, chutney, salad, tuna mayo or egg mayo. We use light mayo as standard. If you add sandwiches please state which fillings you would like in the comments box.
